My journey with the Cardano Comics started with a strong passion for comic book characters and the recognition that this style resonated with a key demographic in the niche art market. I had always enjoyed drawing and knew that I had the creativity and drive to bring this project to life. With the help of the talented artists and developer on my team, I was able to bring my vision to life and create a brand that quickly gained recognition in a niche community.

One of the biggest challenges I faced during this journey was building a strong online presence for the brand. I had to use my marketing skills to reach new customers and engage with the existing ones. I utilized social media platforms like Twitter and Reddit to showcase our artwork and interact with followers. Additionally, I utilized email marketing to send out regular newsletters, promoting new releases and keeping our customers informed of our latest projects.

Another important aspect of my work was managing the team and ensuring that each person was motivated and productive. I made sure to communicate regularly with each team member, setting clear expectations and providing feedback and support where needed. I also made sure to celebrate the successes of the team, recognizing the hard work and creativity of each member.

Overall Launching Cardano Comics was an incredibly rewarding experience. Working as a creative Director and having a team to collaborate with is an experience I want to pursue further.
